Supportive Housing

If you are currently experiencing or are at risk of homelessness you may be eligible for supportive housing however you will need to be referred to us by a service provider.

To enter our Supportive housing stream, you must be referred through a support agency that has completed the Brisbane Common Ground referral form. 

If you would like to be referred to Brisbane Common Ground for a supportive housing vacancy please ask your support worker to contact Common Ground Queensland for a referral pack by phoning (07) 3370 8320 or email admin@commongroundqld.org.au.
