Free Wi-Fi for Tenants

Common Ground Queensland is pleased to provide a wireless internet service available exclusively to the tenants of Brisbane Common Ground. This service is offered free of charge to tenants who agree to the terms and conditions of its use. 

In order to gain access to the service you will need to attend a sign up session with a Common Ground Queensland staff member. The sign up process can be completed at the commencement of your lease or at any time after move in.

During your sign up to the wireless internet service, we will run through the following:

  • Terms and conditions of the service that is being offered;
  • Provide a log in and password to the service; and
  • Show you how to connect

You will also need to bring along your laptop or mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. If you have a desk top computer you are still required to attend to sign up session to gain access to this service. Instructions on how to access the service will be provided for you and if you need further assistance to connect to the service this can be arranged after the sign up session.

Tenant Participation

Common Ground Queensland offers many opportunities for tenants to get involved in various projects and events around the building.  We encourage tenants to provide feedback on their experience of the building and suggestions for improvement, this can be done in anyway tenants feel comfortable either in writing or talking directly to Tenancy Management. 

Common Ground Queensland are keen on engaging specialist speakers to address issues of interest and we will facilitate Tenant meetings as required. Dates for Tenant meetings are advised to tenants in writing.

Tenant events and activities are presented in a calendar that is displayed outside the lifts on each level of the building.  The calendar is updated each quarter.
