Report Maintenance
You can submit your maintenance requests online in just a few easy steps. Follow the steps below.
1. Click here
2. The MEX login page will appear. Login with the following username and password:
Username: bcg
Password: bcg
3. Tap the ‘New Request’ button (if you get logged out the first time, just log in again).
4. Choose the ‘Details’ tab.
5. Enter your name and address in the ‘Requester Details’ section.
6. Enter a description of your maintenance request in the ‘Job Description’ section.
7. Tap the ‘Save & Close’ button at the bottom of the screen
