Every donation counts! You can help us break the cycle of homelessness.
We have provided safe, supportive, and permanent homes for more than 500 people, including over 60 children, throughout our ten years of operation.
We would like to expand the services we provide to our tenants, and your donation could help us help our tenants to maintain their tenancies by:
- Providing the families in our programs with children’s play equipment
- Organising community activities to promote social inclusion
- Equipping new tenants with a welcome kit
- Supplying gardening tools and cleaning services
- Support for our tenants to maintain their tenancies
- Improve the health and wellbeing of our tenants to help them flourish

Partnering with Common Ground Queensland
Common Ground Queensland offer a variety of opportunities to get involved, such as workplace giving, Christmas volunteering opportunities, renting of our function venues, EOFY donations, conducting fundraising events and event sponsorship opportunities.

Billy William Fund
In 2022 we launched the Billy William Fund to continue expanding our programs to end homelessness, a person at a time. This fund has been developed by CGQ’s Board Directors, Peter Pearce, in loving memory of his brother, Billy, who struggled with homelessness.

While Billy is no longer within reach of our assistance, the CGQ Billy William Fund for Ending Homelessness will make it possible to help others who share his story.” Peter Pearce, CGQ Director.

Become a Volunteer
Common Ground Queensland welcomes the participation of volunteers in achieving our mission to end homelessness.
Opportunities for volunteering are limited but can include participation in fundraising collections and events.
